UJ Postgraduate Office is hosting a Supervision Enrichment Winter School 8 – 12 July 2019. The purpose of the winter school is to provide supervisors and aspiring supervisors with a structured introduction to supervision issues, processes and practices, and to offer exposure to research-informed best practice and emerging trends, in order to facilitate reflection on their own supervision practices and professional growth. Invitation to nominate executive committee members

The activities of the Forum have expanded significantly over the last two years. During the annual general meeting in November 2018, the decision was made to expand the EXCO by adding additional members. The current chairperson and one of the additional members will also step down at the end of March 2019. Therefore, we invite nominations from our member institutions for the following positions:

We ask PGFSA members to distribute this invitation to colleagues – to identify staff members involved with postgraduate management and capacity development who are passionate about enhancing postgraduate education in South Africa, and to nominate them for the PGFSA EXCO.  Find the nomination form (with a cover letter and summary of the responsibilities of the EXCO) here.

The Postgraduate Forum for Southern Africa invites you to a workshop 25 March 2019
