Workshop on “Global trends in postgraduate education” and, “Building sustainable relationships with international funders,” 28 March 2017

Prof Suzanne Ortega, President of the Council of Graduate Schools, USA presented a workshop on global trends in postgraduate education, followed by Prof Philomina Okeke-Ihejirika from University of Alberta, Canada who presented on building sustainable relationships with international funders. The workshop was attended by 25 people from 8 institutions.

Prof Gina Wisker, Brighton University, UK, presented a workshop on supervising successful research writing in Durban, South Africa. Interest in the workshop exceeded all expectations and attendance was capped at 55 people representing 11 institutions.
